In Thai the restaurant is ถลาง กุ้งกะทะ: Thalang, prawns, pan. It is a buffet in Thep Krasatti where every table has its own fire. Prawns and scallops go on the grill over charcoal; pork, squid and crab go on the domed mookata pan, with broth and vegetables in the rim around it.
