The name on the sign is the menu in two halves. First, som tam: green papaya pounded Thai-style, with crab, with salted egg or with pla ra, beside laab, nam tok and Isan soups. Then aharn tam sang, food cooked to order: fried rice, holy basil, pad see ew and rad na, with pork, chicken or seafood.
