The khao soi comes with shallots, bean sprouts, pickled mustard greens and lime on the side, to add as you like. The nam ngiao is rice noodles in a red broth with minced pork, pork blood and dried chillies.ข้าวซอยเสิร์ฟพร้อมหอมแดง ถั่วงอก ผักกาดดอง และมะนาว ให้เติมได้ตามชอบ ส่วนขนมจีนน้ำเงี้ยวคือเส้นขนมจีนในน้ำซุปสีแดง ใส่หมูสับ เลือดหมู และพริกแห้ง
