Dim sum from the steamerติ่มซำจากเข่งไม้ไผ่
Each piece sits in its own small steel cup: dumplings topped with crab stick and orange roe, steamed buns, and dumplings crowned with a quail egg. Boat noodles are thin rice noodles in a dark, spiced broth with sliced meat, meatballs and fresh herbs. Khanom chin comes the southern way, with curry and a basket of fresh greens to eat alongside.
