The name is in kham mueang, the Northern Thai dialect. “ม่วนใจ๋” (muan jai) means a happy, light heart; “สะป๊ะข๋องกิ๋นลำ” (sa-pa khong kin lam) means all sorts of tasty things to eat.ชื่อร้านเป็นภาษาคำเมือง “ม่วนใจ๋” แปลว่าสนุก สบายใจ ส่วน “สะป๊ะข๋องกิ๋นลำ” แปลว่าสารพัดของกินอร่อย
